Connect your AI assistant
Connect ChatGPT or Claude to The Similimum so your assistant can look up patients, cases, and remedies on your behalf.
Connect ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT → Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows.
- In the chat composer's + menu, turn on Developer mode.
- Click Add sources, then Connect more.
- Name the connector The Similimum and paste your Similimum server URL into the server URL field.
- Sign in with your Similimum account and approve access.
- Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use The Similimum.
Connect Claude
- Open Claude → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Name the connector The Similimum and paste your Similimum server URL.
- Sign in with your Similimum account and approve access.
- Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use The Similimum.
Refresh after we ship an update
When we add new tools to The Similimum, your assistant keeps using the old list until you refresh the connector.
ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick The Similimum under Enabled apps.
- Next to Information, click Refresh.
- If your Similimum server URL has changed, paste the latest one.
- Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use The Similimum.
Claude
- Open the Connectors page and select The Similimum.
- Refresh or update the connector's tools.
- If your Similimum server URL has changed, paste the latest one.
- Ask Claude to use The Similimum.
